Did 2 more pages for ACOT challenges. I think I am all done working on those now. That makes 23 layouts completed the month.

I did work a bit in my room, but my fingers are at it again, so I didn't get a lot done.

I finished the May sketch challenge. Later in the evening I practiced watercoloring a bird. I made several big goofs in it but it was fun and interesting to try something different. I started adding some of the liquid watercolors to an empty Arteza watercolor tin I bought on Amazon. According to several of the artists I’ve watched on YouTube there is no difference between liquid watercolors and a palette. More of a personal preference or useful if you want a less expensive option if you use a lot of a certain color.

According to several of the artists I’ve watched on YouTube there is no difference between liquid watercolors and a palette. More of a personal preference or useful if you want a less expensive option if you use a lot of a certain color. I've used both, in various brands, and the only difference I could determine was that I tended to use more of the liquid, in that I tended to squirt out too much. I think it's clever that you put it in a tin. I wasted so much because I didn't realize it really could be rejuvenated, and I had no place to keep it. I'l have to keep those empty "pans" from now on. I've thrown several of those cheaper plastic sets away.
